So….I'm taking a cake decorating class. I’m horrible by the way, but I plan to post pictures every once in a while. I hope to be great…it’s all about trial and error. :) I unfortunately, seen more error, lol. I do like making my own icing and then coloring it. It’s really neat.
Skylar enjoyed my cake. :) As you can see, he was on a major sugar rush.

If I still lived next door, I'd be happy to take your "test" cakes off your hands :) But, the icing always turns out light for me when we do cookies, you'll have to tell me the secret to getting it darker.
Pamela, I am so proud of you! I loved sampling your first cake and I know your second one was just as good. Your decorating looks awesome! I love the little clowns! How cute! And I love our little Skyclown too! LOL!!

I just use a toothpick at a time for the coloring and just keeping adding until I have the color I want. :) I start my new class this Saturday. Fun stuff!
